Since our inception as River City Student Athletes in 2000, and subsequent renaming to Norcal Pharaohs – Norcal Student Athletes (NCSA) in 2006, we have been dedicated to preparing elementary, middle, and high school student-athletes for success. Our comprehensive approach focuses on developing basketball skills, nurturing good citizenship, and creating opportunities for young athletes to shine on a broader stage.
We actively increase awareness of Northern California's student athlete talent pool and ensure it receives the recognition it deserves. By participating in top basketball tournaments and camps nationwide, we connect our student-athletes with college and university scouts, opening doors to scholarships and higher education.
